Please email support@fitaffinity.com specifying that the shipping address is incorrect. Please also provide the correct address & your order number or email address used when placing the order, as soon as possible. The customer support team will coordinate an acceptable solution for you.

***There's a small window of time between when you place your order and when the order is sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. Contact us as soon as possible to see if there is still time to change your address before your order has started processing.
