Promise: If we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money.
If you make a mistake with your order, email us, and we will see what we can reasonably do to help you with your order.
Should a mistake arise, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible to coordinate an acceptable solution. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the problem. You can contact our support team by writing an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org

Please make sure to contact us via email before sending the package.
- As all our e-books are digital, they are perceived as used after receiving the download email; this means all ebooks are non-refundable.
- Supplement bottles must be sealed and unopened to be considered for a return.
- Fit Affinity must receive the item within 45 days of the item’s delivery date.
- Please contact us within 60 business days of the order being placed, contact outside of this timeframe will fall outside of the policy.
- Should you have any other issues when using the products, please email our support team so that we can find an acceptable solution.
