Fit Affinity's Fair Return Policy

Promise: If we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money.

If you make a mistake with your order, email us, and we will see what we can reasonably do to help you with your order.

Should a mistake arise, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible to coordinate an acceptable solution. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the problem. You can contact our support team by writing an e-mail to support@fitaffinity.com

Please make sure to contact us via email before sending the package.

  1. As all our e-books are digital, they are perceived as used after receiving the download email; this means all ebooks are non-refundable.
  2. Supplement bottles must be sealed and unopened to be considered for a return.
  3. Fit Affinity must receive the item within 45 days of the item’s delivery date.
  4. Please contact us within 60 business days of the order being placed, contact outside of this timeframe will fall outside of the policy.
  5. Should you have any other issues when using the products, please email our support team so that we can find an acceptable solution.
